Subject	Need help removing part of the dashboard please

Message	Hello, Theres a ABS . HICAS and Light sensor thing located to the right of the steering column. I need to get at it as the previous owner , appears to have disconnected a bulb/sensor going to it. When I took the bottom part of the dashboard, i could see it hanging loose. I would like to take a good look at it and fix it. Anyone has any tips on how to reach it? I believe I need to take the top part of the dashboard off. I am hoping it is not the case, but if it is, I guess I dont have much choice. Any help is appreciated
